School Site Council
Join our School Site Council (SSC) if you would like to learn more about the direction and goals at Lincoln Elementary. We meet monthly to discuss student progress and instructional goals. The SSC helps revise our Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) which drives our school goals, how we plan to make progress each year and how we allocate funds to meet these goals. Our SPSA is aligned to Vallejo City Unified School District's (VCUSD) Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP).

English Learner Advisory Committee
The English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) meets monthly to address the needs of our students learning English. Families of English learners are invited, and meetings are open to any interested community members who would like to support English learners and their families. VCUSD has a district-wide committee called the District English Learners Advisory Council (DELAC) that any ELAC members are welcome to attend.
